WELCOME TO THE SAN LUIS OBISPO PARKING PERMIT PORTAL

You must REGISTER in order to purchase a permit.

 

Important!

• Your license plate is your parking permit. You will not receive a physical permit in the mail
• Once you register, check your email for the verification link.
• Permits are not valid until the approval process is complete and payment has been received and processed.
• All permits are virtual and are linked to your vehicle's license plate number.  Physical permits will not be provided, and purchasers are not required to display evidence of permit purchase within their vehicles.  
• When entering your plate number, please use upper case letters and do not include any spaces between the letters/numbers.
• You can add up to three (3) vehicles to your account, but only one (1) vehicle can utilize the permit at a time.
• For instructions on how to add/edit/switch vehicles, refer to the Permit Instructions at the bottom under Support/Video Tutorials or on the Parking Services webpage.

Once you have registered for an account, check your email for the verification link. When verified you may apply for a parking permit. Applications must contain all required documentation. Follow the provided instructions to finalize permit per zone restrictions. Maps of zones and Full Rules/Regulations are available at: slocity.org/parkingservices

All account holders are responsible to update their permit information including vehicle/license plate, address, etc.

UPDATING VEHICLE INFORMATION:
To update a vehicle for an existing permit login to your account and go to My Permits.

1.  Select View next to your permit.
2. Scroll down to the selected vehicle box and where it says "to add a new vehicle, click here" add the vehicle information and save. 
3. To remove a vehicle and add another - Hit the red trash can under action and make a new selection from the drop dox. Once you add a vehicle you do not have to add it again, it will be in your drop down.

Charges are for parking space only. We are not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, theft, breakage or collision. Articles left in car at owner’s risk.  The City of San Luis Obispo reserves the right to restrict the use of permits.
